One day in early 2026, I started seeing some bizarre comments on one of my videos. Considering I only post about business, marketing, and AI, I was blindsided when someone called me a “RACIST!” only for multiple people to chime in and confirm that I was, indeed, “the right guy.” I knew something was seriously wrong.
After a few helpful followers filled me in, the mystery was solved: it was a classic case of mistaken identity. It turns out a man named “Ian Anderson” had said some truly horrible things… it just wasn’t this Ian Anderson.
Never one to let a viral moment go to waste, I quickly designed a funny shirt and filmed a wild video to address the confusion.
It was pure internet gold.
